How to download

Use the following steps to download a file from our Web site. Note that the specific windows and dialog boxes that display during the process will vary depending on your operating system and the internet browser you’re using.

1. Search for the file you want to download. Once you’ve located the file, click its title to view the file description and system requirements.
2. Click the Download Now button. This initiates the download process. Within a few seconds (anywhere from 5 to 20 seconds) a window displays asking if you want to save or open the file.
3. Save the file in a folder on your hard drive or your network.
4. Click the appropriate button (such as OK or Save) to begin the download. A status window displays the download progress. This window may automatically close when the download is complete. Download times can vary considerably, depending on the file size and the speed of your network connection.
5. Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file on your system. (It should be in a sub-folder in the folder you specified in Step 3). You can now decompress the downloaded folder and, if necessary, install the file.
