Returning a purchase

The following return information applies to products purchased directly through Quark customer service.

Our return policy

• You can return an unopened product to us within 10 days of receipt to receive a refund of the product purchase price. We do not refund the original shipping cost. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We do not accept returns on products that have been opened.
• Prior to returning any item, please contact Quark Customer Service at 353 61 230477 for a Return Materials Authorization Number ("RMA #"). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly through Quark®. If you purchased Quark products through an independent retailer, you must return products to the store or distributor from which they were purchased. We do not handle the return of products purchased through independent retailers.
