Resolved issues in QLA 4.01

  • QuarkXPress was unable to check out a license from the QLA server and a message such as "Unable to locate the Server 4113" or "Transport Failure" displayed. This issue has been resolved.
  • The message, "Emergency key for this copy of QuarkXPress is damaged" displayed when you launched QuarkXPress using Emergency Key Launch accessing the backup server. This issue has been resolved.
  • Mac OS only: QuarkXPress would stop responding if the QLA server was not available. This issue has been resolved.
  • QLA did not support FireWire®. This issue has been resolved.
  • The QLA server did not detect all active Ethernet ports. This issue has been resolved.
  • Mac OS 10.4 only: QLA 3.5 did not launch as a service at system startup. This issue has been resolved.
  • Mac OS and Windows®: The QLA server opened a console window to launch and quit when a user closed the console window. This issue has been resolved.
