**For QuarkXPress:
The serial number is a 13-digit alphanumeric number starting with WX, XW or XU. To find your serial number, open QuarkXPress, press the Option key (Mac OS) or Control key (Windows®), and choose About QuarkXPress from the QuarkXPress menu (Mac OS) or Help menu (Windows®). The QuarkXPress environment window will display. The third item on the left is the serial number.
